About the event
The summer solstice offers a vibrant opportunity to let go of what no longer benefits us and to broaden our awareness of self. During this breathwork session, you will be supported as you explore your nervous system, focus on areas that require your attention, release what is needed, and receive insights through altered states of consciousness. This journey allows you to reclaim hidden aspects of yourself or to tap into the personal power essential for your life.
This breathwork journey will be held at The Straw Store, at Maker Heights in Cornwall. No prior experience is needed. This journey will be held in a small group where we will use the consciousness connected breathwork technique to a music journey, and channeled guidance.
Join us on Thursday 19th of June at 6:30pm - 8pm. The class will be £20. Take a read of the breathwork contraindictions before claiming your space.
