Join me on this somatic exploration to reestablish a connection with your body through breathwork, primal sound, drumming, and movement. These dynamic experiences offer a place for you to center yourself, to feel liberated, and to engage at your own comfort level. Kindly remember that drums will not be supplied in this gathering, so feel free to bring your own or any instrument you can use to create rhythms, even something as simple as dried rice in a plastic container. While all contributions are appreciated, they are not mandatory for participation in the circle.
