About the event

A community event that holds space for us to connect with our bodies. We will be going on a journey with the body using somatic breathwork, using our primal sound to give freedom to our voices, moving into the body with movement and drumming. You don't need a drum to join, your body is enough, just bring yourself. This event is for females only.
