Somatic Circle Plymouth

A journey into the body. In a world that demands the attention from our minds, the body holds the wisdom to becoming more connected to ourselves, and the life that we want. The body is where our attention needs to be, it's a portal to birthing a new energetic field for us to live in.

By attending this circle, you will experience somatic breathwork, drumming and movement to reconnect. The space is held by Faye who is a sacred somatic journeys practitioner. Everyone is welcomed and there is no requirement to have experienced somatic work beforehand. If you own a drum, you are very welcomed to bring this along but it's not a requirement to join the circle.
