Thank you for your booking. For London appointments, rescheduling or cancelling will need to be actioned 1 week in advanced. For Cornwall and Plymouth bookings, please give 48 hours notice. If you miss this time period, I will not be able to refund your deposit. Many thanks for your understanding.
